Attorney Mark Deatherage of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona provided Mark with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Disclosed confidential information during lawsuit v. client’s for fees
• Selfish motive re: misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Mark practices with Gallagher & Kennedy PA at 2575 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
