Attorney Vikram Chaobal of Anchorage; cheating loser

The state of Alaska provided Vikram Chaobal with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Lewis and Clark University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Vikram guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved dishonest or selfish motive
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Stopped visiting his client in jail despite repeated promises to so act
• Failed to provide his client with a written fee agreement
• Lied to his client about all the motions he had filed on his behalf
• Failed to respond to client and his family communications
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Despite promising to provide phone records to show how often he spoke with co-defendant’s counsel and the U.S. Attorney, he never provided the promised phone records
• Failed to respond to discovery requests
• Failed to provide a time accounting to arbitration fee board
• Overbilled his client by $14,380 (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Vikram by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. November 2023), Vikram practices his so-called brand of law at 1841 West 80^th in Anchorage, Alaska.
