Attorney Jonathan Vickers of Birmingham; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented Jonathan Kenton Vickers with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Jonathan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Improperly entered into agreement limiting legal malpractice claims
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Jonathan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Jonathan practices at 2323 2^nd Avenue in Birmingham, Alabama.
