Attorney John Drake of Sterrett, AL; moronic slacker

The state of Tennessee presented John Martin Drake with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 9851 Bear Creek Road in Sterrett, Alabama.
