The state of Alabama presented Roderick Walls with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Rod guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Wrote checks on insufficient funds account causing shortage of $4,000 (rubber)
• Failed to properly memorialize the source of fees when withdrawn from trust
• Engaged in prohibited transactions with a client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Rod by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Rod practices with Roderick Walls & Associates LLC at 2122 1^st Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama.
