Attorney William Dunn of Birmingham, AL; thieving loser

The state of Alabama presented William Norris Dunn with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Moved office and then failed to communicate with client
• Failed to respond to more than 50 phone calls from his client
• Lied to client he would repay unearned fees of $3,000 in installments
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (thief)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
