Attorney Lee Cook Jr. of Montgomery, AL; moronic slacker

The state of Alabama presented Lee Argel Cook Jr. with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to advise client of trial date
• Client missed trial due to Lee’s failure to advise him of trial date
• Negligence in failure to advise client of trial date led to court dismissing client’s case
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Lee practices at 430 South Decatur in Montgomery, Alabama.
