Attorney Clinton Carter of Birmingham, AL; Buffoon

The state of Alabama presented Clinton Chadwell Carter with law license in 1977 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Clint guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law in Tennessee
• Failed to provide competent representation (Buffoon)
• Failed to comply with filing requirements in medical malpractice case
• Negligence in filing failure was fatal to client’s case
• Failed to inform client for six months his case had been dismissed
• Failed to communicate with client
• Pursued claims he knew lacked merit
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Clint by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Clint practices in Birmingham, Alabama.
