Attorney Rachel Pinson of Sylacauga, AL; cheating loser

The state of Alabama presented Rachel Harris Pinson with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Rachel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly took fees owed to the firm by depositing client fees in her own trusts account without the knowledge or consent of the firm, in anticipation of establishing a solo practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Rachel practices with Pinson Law at 119 North Broadway Avenue in Sylacauga, Alabama.
