Attorney Mikey Johnson of Pelham, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Mikey Lamarr Johnson with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar found Mickey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to attend court-scheduled status conferences on behalf of client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Kendal by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Mickey practices with The Law Offices of Mickey Johnson at 2700 Pelham Parkway in Pelham, Alabama.
