Attorney James Myron Smith of Prattville, AL; lying loser

The state of Alabama presented James Myron Smith with law license in 1976 after he graduated from Jones Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Gave false deposition testimony under oath (perjury) during the course of his divorce case
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Because Attorney Misfits in Alabama are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally prosecuted for

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
