Attorney Phillips Tarver of Birmingham, AL; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented Phillips Russell Tarver with law license in 1968 after he graduated from Samford University Law School. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Phil improperly solicited employment from someone who he did not have a family relationship with and/or whom he did not previously represent.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Phil practices in Birmingham, Alabama.
