Attorney Julie Kaminsky of Auburn, AL; cheating loser

The State of Florida presented Julie Boggan Kaminsky with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Julie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Inadvertently received $5,097 Social Security check
• Failed to timely reimburse Social Security
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file appellate brief on client’s behalf

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Julie by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Julie practices in Auburn, Alabama.
