Attorney Katherine Whitinger of Orange Beach, AL; moronic loser

The state of Alabama presented Katherine Olivia Whitinger with law license in 2010 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School

The Alabama State Bar Association found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to abide by bankruptcy court notices
• Failure to comply with bankruptcy rules led to client’s petition being dismissed
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file divorce petition on client’s behalf
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Kathy practices at 25554 West Oak Ridge Drive in Orange Beach, Alabama.
