Attorney Richard Davis of Birmingham, AL; cheating loser

The state of Alabama presented Richard Terrell Davis with law license in 1983 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Substantial number of real estate settlement statements in error
• Erroneous conduct led to substantial surplus of funds in trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Used client trust account funds to pay law firm’s personal expenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
