Attorney James Stevens of Bessemer, AL; ethical leprechaun  

The state of Alabama presented James Gordon Stevens with a law license after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to provide client with requested accounting of claim for fees
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Jimmy practices at 6535 Harpers Dairy Loop in Bessemer, Alabama.
