Attorney Beverly Scruggs of Birmingham, AL; ethical misfit  

The state of Alabama presented Beverly B. Scruggs with a law license after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Beverly guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide opposing counsel with requested discovery
• Court dismissed client’s case due to Bev’s failure to provide discovery

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Bev by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Bev practices in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
