Attorney John Eades Jr. of Calera, AL; ethical misfit  

The state of Alabama presented John Martin Eades Jr. with a law license after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Johnny saw fit to violate the rules by entering into a written contract to split fees with a non-attorney.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Johnny practices in the Calera, Alabama area.
