The Lord Chancellor and Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grubb found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct fell below standard expected of a magistrate
• Involved in four instances of delay in producing judgments
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Justice Cheema-Grubb, both apologists for Judicial Misfits, punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. Ma7 2018), Mike continues to sit as a Tribunal Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber in London, United Kingdom.
