Magistrate Jennifer Betts of Australia; loser, liar, ethical leper-con   Unfortunately, Magistrate Judge Jennifer Betts has been sitting on the court in Sydney for the last 17 years (1994-2011) providing useless services for the citizens.
Recently the New South Wales Judicial Commission filed an ethics complaint against Magistrate Betts. Jennifer’s misconduct related to four complaints lodged against het between 2003 and 2009.
The Commission’s report recommended that Magistrate Betts be removed from office on grounds of “misbehavior or incapacity.”
Magistrate Betts’ Hyperbolic (BS) Defenses
 In a lame attempt to defend her misconduct and removal from the bench, Jenny said she suffers from depression and has been consuming 6 liters of Full Sail Amber Ale every day; I’m sorry anti-depressant medication since late 1995.
Jenny said the demands of parenthood were immense (And your point is?) and then there was the death of a relative on June 4, 2009. She then said
Clearly, Jenny missed her calling as a standup comedian.
Jenny’s real purpose in feigning severe depression is to dpe the Judicial Commission into granting her the ability to receive a disability from the bench rather than being rightfully removed as a result of her egregious misconduct.
A ruling by the Commission granting her bogus disability claim would allow Jenny to receive a disability pension of at least $100,000 a year (US dollars).
As we speak (ca. July 2011), Jenny the Malcontent remains on the bench.
Hopefully, the Commission will do the right thing and order her removed from the bench; however given the Commission’s past record of giving a wink and a nod to judicial misconduct, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
