Judge Garry Neilson of Sydney, AUS; potty mouth bigot

A member of the Judicial Commission found Judge Neilson guilty of the following misconduct.

During court proceedings, Judge Neilson made the following bigoted and/or homophobic comments:

Like homosexuality, the community may no longer see sexual contact between siblings, as well as between adults and children, as "unnatural" or “taboo.”

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Neilson by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on Judicial Commission.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Judge Neilson continues to sit as a District Court judge in Sydney, Australia.
