Judge Bernadette Boss of Australia; ethical goblin

The Law Society provided Bernadette Boss with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Sydney School of Law.

The ACT Judicial Council is investigating Bernadette for engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bernadette gave a man an envelope containing $50 cash to help pay for the hotel he would be released on bail to stay pending trial.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bernadette by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Bernadette continues to sit as a judge in the Magistrates Court in Canberra, Australia.
