Donald Trump: Today’s “Dumbass” Award Winner
As is his want, The Great Leader continues to be his worst enemy when it comes to defending himself against a lawsuit that he has violated the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution, which prohibits federal officials from accepting gifts or benefits from foreign officials or governments.
After the attorneys general of Maryland an the District of Columbia sued The Great Leader for profiting from expensive bookings and parties at his Trump International Hotel in DC, the Justice Department asked the federal court in Maryland to toss the lawsuit. The Great Leader’s basis for dismissing the lawsuit was that it would be a burden and too much of a “distraction” for the him to deal with while running the country.
To suggest this Buffoon (my apologies to Buffoons) is busy taking care of the people’s business doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test. We know he spends several hours a day watching the Fox News Comedy Network and in particular Fox’s standup comedians that host “Fox & Friends.” Additionally, he spends a great deal of his time golfing and/or running around the country attending political rally’s.
In responding to The Great Leader’s sham motion to dismiss the lawsuit, U.S. District Judge Peter Messitte dismissed the motion by stating in part:
“The president himself appears to have had little reluctance to pursue personal litigation despite the supposed distractions it imposes upon his office.”
The judge went on by quoting a tweet sent out by The Great Leader in support of his denial of his motion to dismiss, which goes as follows.
So here we have a perfect example of how The Great Leader’s enormous mouth, ignorance and gross incompetence is used to provide assistance to his adversaries.
And lastly, the court’s ruling means that lawyers representing Maryland and DC will now take quick action to obtain the income and business documents from The Great Leader and likely his tax returns.
