Former Judge William Anderson of Memphis, TN; imbecilic scofflaw

 

The state of Tennessee provided Christy Rauchle Little with a law license in 1988 he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

 

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Improperly interceded on behalf of a friend to have him released on his own recognize after being arrested on a criminal charge
  • Asked presiding municipal court judge to reduce the bond he set at $10,000 for his friend and to release him on his own recognize, something the judge summarily rejected
  • Failed to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety
  • Failed to uphold and promote integrity of the judiciary
  • Failed to perform her judicial/administrative duties competently (imbecile)
  • Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
  • Failed to cooperate with other judges/court officials in administration of court business
  • Failed to be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, court staff, court officials, and others with whom he dealt with

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Billy practices his so-called brand of law at 201 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
