Magistrate Linda Onkotz of Blountville, TN; nepotism

The state of Tennessee presented Linda Jeanette Onkotz with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Linda signed and entered three (3) separate findings and recommendations to paternity and child support wherein her son and grandson were parties to the case.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Linda continues to be employed as a Sullivan County Child Support Magistrate in Blountville, Tennessee.
