Judge Frank Fletcher of Jackson, KY; misogynist, cheerleader for child molester

The state of Indiana presented Gary Bruce Friedman with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University of School of Law

The Indiana Supreme Court Commission on Judicial Qualifications has charged Judge Freese with engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Frankie presided over a case involving a teacher who molested 13 and 14 year old girls. Subsequently, the defendant pled guilty to 14 counts of sexual offenses; one count of sexual abuse in the first degree, five counts of first degree rape, three counts of sodomy in the third degree, and four counts of using an electronic device to procure a minor for a sexual offense.

During the sentencing hearing, Frankie made the following misogynistic comments during sentencing hearing:

• “Defendant was not blind and only human.”
• “Some of his victims didn’t look their age.”
• Discussed school’s lack of a dress code for girls
• Said he didn’t think girls should wear short skirts

In responding to a question by defense counsel Frankie said:

• “This is a statutory offense, but it is your understanding that all of the acts that occurred were consensual?”

After he sentenced the criminal to seven years, he subsequently granted him early shock release after only serving 7 months.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Frankie continues to sit as the Chief Judge, Circuit Court, Division 1 of Breathitt County in Jackson, Kentucky.
