Judge Timothy Langford of Hickman, KY; scofflaw, repeat offender

The state of Kentucky provided Timothy Andrew Langford with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

It should be noted that this isn’t Timmy’s 1st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. An article exposing said misconduct can be viewed by visiting the URL at the end of this article.

The Judicial Conduct Commission has charged Timmy with engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Utilized inmates to work on church he attends and has leadership position
  • Repeatedly contacted Fulton County Detention Center for inmates to reconstruct church
  • Requested us of publicly owned construction equipment to help in the reconstruction of church

Timmy’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense

In a lame effort at levity, Timmy laughingly claimed that the work performed on the West Hickman Baptist Church was performed by Carpenters for Christ, a volunteer group of men. He went on to assert that his conduct in the illegal use of inmates was “an attempt to help other people.” Sure Timmy, as long as they were members your church?

Obviously, Timmy missed his calling as a standup comedian

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Timmy by the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2018), Timmy continues to sit as a 1st Circuit Court judge in Hickman, Kentucky.
