Judge Kenneth Easterling of Covington, KY; bullying loser

The State of Kentucky presented Kenneth with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Salmon P. Chase School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

• Acted in a hostile and confrontational manner towards an investigator employed by the Kentucky State Attorney General’s Office
• Falsely accused AG investigator of making disparaging remarks about Kenny
• Refused to allow investigator to respond to his allegations that he had made disparaging remarks about him
• Failed to act in patient, courteous and dignified  manner towards litigants, jurors, witnesses, attorneys and others whom he dealt with

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Kenny continues to sit as a District Court judge in Covington, Kentucky.
