West Virginia’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 98.25%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 97.75%. In the West Virginia judicial system, there are 438 judges and magistrates practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission handed out the following complimentary sanction against seven (7) judges for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

3 = number of resignations with discipline case pending re: felony convictions

4 = number of admonishments

This laughable finding by the West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission means that West Virginia has a 98.25% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2018 is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent attorney.

This would mean that if all 438 Judges attended a conference at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Charleston West located at 400 2nd Ave SW, in South Charleston, West Virginia, with a seating capacity of 426, it would be nearly impossible to locate the seven (7) unethical judges/magistrates even if they raised both of their hands.

And lastly, the folks in West Virginia are incredibly lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the comedians sitting on the West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission findings would have us believe.
