Judge Natalia Greene of DC; Judge Roy Bean Wannabee, lifetime porker

FYI: Judge Roy Bean was an infamous Justice of the Peace and saloon owner in Texas who called himself the "The Law West of the Pecos." Roy was also affectionately referred to as the Hanging Judge.

Natalia Combs Greene was presented with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from Howard University Law School.

Former President Bill Clinton was duped into appointing Natalia as a judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in 1998. Natalia didn’t get the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the DC area; she received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Since obtaining her law license in 1979, Natalia has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for thirty-two (32) years.

The D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure found Judge Greene guilty of the following misconduct.

The commission received many critical comments from various sources about Judge Green’s “discourteous and impatient treatment of litigants,” especially in landlord-tenant court.

The commission reviewed numerous court transcripts and recordings in various landlord-tenant cases. Judge Green’s demeanor “was oftentimes less than courteous, and on occasions even rude and intimidating. In addition, some of Green’s comments during court proceedings were exceedingly inappropriate.”

As a consequence of her mistreatment of landlord-tenant litigants, the commission ordered that Judge Greene no longer be appointed to hearing any landlord-tenant disputes or any other high-volume court cases.

As we speak (ca. May 2014), Natalia continues to sit as a judge on the District Court in DC.
