Judge Norman Stone III of Baltimore; Judge Roy Bean Wannabee

FYI: Judge Roy Bean was an infamous Justice of the Peace and saloon owner in Texas who called himself the "The Law West of the Pecos." Roy was also affectionately referred to as the Hanging Judge.

The state of Maryland presented Norman R. Stone III with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Maryland Judicial Commission found Norm guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Stone found it acceptable to summarily find twenty-eight (28) people in contempt of court for alleged courtroom disruptions when someone’s cellphone sounded off in his so-called courtroom.

Norm fined and threatened to jail two dozen of the spectators despite the fact that he didn’t have a clue as to whose cellphone sounded off.

It is painfully clear that Norm doesn’t have a clue as to the term “due process.” Apparently, he believes “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the am.
