Judge Kristina Graham of Summerville, GA; potty mouth loser

The state of Georgia presented Kristina Cook Connelly Graham with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Georgia Qualifications Commission found Kristina guilty of the following misconduct.

Kristina’s misconduct involved her violation of judicial ethics via her conduct with police officers regarding their work involving a local drug investigation.

In addition, Kristina repeatedly cursed at law enforcement officers over their handling of a drug investigation.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Kristina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Kristina continues to sit as a judge on the Lookout Mountain Circuit Superior Court in Summerville, Georgia.
