Judge Jeffrey Goodwin of Lynwood, WA; bullying loser  

The state of Washington presented Jeffrey D. Goodwin with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Washington Judicial Commission found Judge Goodwin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Spoke in discourteous manner during private meeting with two court administrators
• Made comments easily interpreted as intimidating
• Appeared to be threatening retaliation against court employees for actions they were required to take in the course of fulfilling their job responsibilities
• Caused subordinate court employees to fear their jobs to be in jeopardy
• Undermined ability of court employees to effectively perform job responsibilities

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Jeff continues to sit as a Snohomish County District Court judge in Lynwood, Washington.
