Did Lebron James cross the line by calling Trump a “Bum?” 

Shortly after Donald “Trumporleone” Trump announced that he was disinviting the Golden State Warriors to the Whitehouse for an acknowledgment of their 2017 NBA championship due to Seth Curry’s refusal to appear, Lebron decided to respond.

In his response to The Don’s unprovoked and clearly racially motivated comments, Lebron sent out the following tweet:

• “U bum @StephenCurry30 already said he ain't going!”
• “So therefore, ain't no invite.”
• “Going to White House was a great honor until you showed up!”

Personally, I was taken aback and a tad disappointed in Lebron calling The Don a “Bum.”

At a minimum, Lebron needs to offer a sincere apology to “Bums.”
