Trump Filling the Swamp: No. 2 – Scott Pruitt EPA Director

Donald “Trumporleone” Trump recently (12/17/16) nominated Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt to head the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Scottie is yet another loser lawyer who discovered early on how difficult it was going to be earning a dishonest living practicing law and therefore decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), politics.

Scottie has spent the last 18 years (1998 to 2016) porking out at the public trough. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Oklahoma City area was about to offer Scottie a good paying job.

There is no doubt whatsoever that Scottie has absolutely no qualifications to be the head of the EPA. In fact, he wouldn’t likely qualify to be employed as a low-level attorney at the EPA.

It is indisputable that Scottie is a dyed-in-the-wool lackey for the oil and gas industry. Scottie’s nomination is another indication that The Don is more concerned with the financial well-being of the energy sector than he is in assuring that the environment is protected from these greedy polluters.

The Don’s avid supporters in coal country will likely see no increase in employment but will for sure see their water supplies become even more polluted as Scottie and his minions lay waste to EPA rules governing coal industry polluters.

And lastly, appointing Scottie as the protector of the environment would be akin to appointing Bernie Madoff as director of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
