Attorney Ernest Ching Jr. of Anaheim, CA; ethical gremlin 

The state of California provided Ernest F. Ching Jr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from San Fernando Valley College of Law in Woodland Hills, California, which is a 4^thtier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, Pepperdine, USC or Stanford.

The California State Bar found Ernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Grossly negligent in managing client trust account
• Failed to correct tax account procedure after becoming aware of them
• Negligence led to misappropriation (theft) of $40,000
• Failed to keep written ledgers for each client re: trust account funds
• Failed to maintain records of client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Ernie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Ernie practices with Ching & Associates at 8141 East Kaiser Blvd in Anaheim, California
