Attorney Roger Caridad of Danielson, CT; ethical misfit

The state of Connecticut provided Roger R. Caridad with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Stated or implied an ability to improperly influence government agency or official to achieve results in violation of rules of professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Roger practices at 120 School Street in Danielson, Connecticut.
