Attorney Randall Chapnick of New Haven, CT; serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Randall B. Chapnick with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or to do so through the acts of another
  • Impeded victim’s right to testify unimpeded

As one would suspect this wasn’t Randy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Randy by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Randy practices at 129 Church Street in New Haven, Connecticut.
