Attorney Clifford Sherr of Phoenix; potty mouth loser  

The state of Arizona presented Clifford M. Sherr with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Cliff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

While in a courtroom and during the time the Court Commissioner was out of the courtroom, Cliff turned to the gallery and made numerous inappropriate and disparaging remarks about the Commissioner.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
