Attorney Timothy Ronan of Scottsdale; lying convict  

The state of Arizona presented Timothy D. Ronan with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed sham unemployment compensation claim
• Illegally collected $4,810 in unemployment benefits he was not lawfully entitled too
• Pled guilty to making a false statement, a class 1 misdemeanor

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
