Attorney James Balagia of San Antonio; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented James Morris Balagia with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District Court of Bexar County found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct

  • Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreement
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Jimmy practices with the Law Office of Jamie Balagia PC at 313 South Main Street in San Antonio, Texas.
