Attorney David Hoel of Dallas; moronic loser  

The state of Texas presented David K. Hoel with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The District Court of Dallas County found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take appropriate measures to ensure notice of appeal filed
• Failed to provide competent representation during trial (Moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.
