Attorney Anthony Collins of Wise, VA; ethical misfit  

The state of Virginia presented Anthony Elmer Collins with a law license in 2009.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Misconduct took place while serving as guardian ad litem for prisoner seeking visitation with his daughter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Tony practices with Collins & Collins at 306 East Main Street in Wise, Virginia.
