Attorney Walter Green IV of Harrisonburg, VA; serial offender

The state of Virginia presented Walter Franklin Green IV with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Walter guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
  • Communicated false or misleading information concerning his legal services
  • Continued to advertise for his legal services even though license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary public admonition.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Walt’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) complimentary suspensions of his law license, two (2) complimentary reprimands, and two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Walt practices at 77 North Liberty Street in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
