Attorney Jon Shields of Manassas, VA; ethical dwarf  

The state of Virginia presented Jon Edward Shields with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Improperly failed to decline or terminate representation
• Failed to deposit retainer in client escrow account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
