Attorney Dena Roudybush of Fairfax, VA; ethical gremlin 

The state of Virginia presented Dena M. Roudybush with a law license in 1991.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Dena guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Charged an unreasonable fee
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Dena by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
