Attorney Larry Fitzgerald of Memphis; serial offender  

 

The state of Tennessee provided Larry E. Fitzgerald with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

Larry’s 1stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
  • Failed to communicate with clients in four separate cases

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with yet another complimentary censure.

Larry’s 2ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Failed to provide competent representation
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Improper solicitation of clients (ambulance chasing)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Faield to withdraw from representation when withdrawal was required
  • Failed to refund unearned fees until after ethics complaint filed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with yet another complimentary censure.

Larry’s 3rdbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Faield to withdraw when required
  • Failed to properly supervise subordinates
  • Improper solicitation of clients (ambulance chasing)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with yet another complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

 

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Larry practices at 100 North Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
