Attorney Cameron Davidson of Rock Island, IL; cheating loser  

The state of Iowa presented Cameron Anthony Davidson with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Iowa Attorney Disciplinary Board found Cameron guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cameron represented John Deere & Co. in a lawsuit filed by a chemical engineer an age discrimination.

While the lawsuit was pending, Cameron failed to comply with discovery requests from the plaintiff’s attorney, which included his failure to make two witnesses available to have their depositions taken.

As a result of Cameron’s conduct, the trial court filed an order compelling him to comply with the discovery requests and sanctioned him for a total of $2,800.

Cameron then billed Deere for the court sanctions and disguised the $2,800 as “miscellaneous costs” and “miscellaneous attorney fees.”  Cameron did so despite the fact that the sanctions were caused by his own lack of due diligence and failure to communicate with his client Deere.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Cameron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Cameron practices with Pappas Davidson O’Connor & Fildes PC at 1617 Second Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois.

As one would suspect, Cameron’s self-serving website at www.pdoflegal.commakes no mention of the aforementioned misconduct. Apparently, Cameron and his partners decided to conceal said relevant information so as to not limit their future victim pool.
