State Rep. Gene Alday (R-MS): Today’s “Racist” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

State Rep. Gene Alday (R-MS)

Today’s “Racist” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Kenny. In the past, he has been the recipient of four (4) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Gene is a good old boy from Walls, Mississippi that succeeded in duping the voters into electing him a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives in November 2011.

In a recent (02/15/15) racist rant, Gene said:

  • “I come from a town where all the blacks are getting food stamps and what I call ‘welfare crazy checks.”
  • “They don’t work.”

According to various census reports online, there are 707 blacks living in Walls. It would be difficult to believe that all 707 of them are receiving “food stamps: and collecting “welfare crazy checks.” Put simply, this racist claim by Gene is more than likely a total fabrication.

Gene then made the following comment regarding his alleged trip to an emergency room for pain:

  • “I laid in there for hours because they (blacks) were in there being treated for gunshots.”

The nearest hospital to Walls is Baptist Memorial in Southaven, which is about 11 miles from Walls. For Gene the Racist to claim that as a state representative he was made to wait “for hours” in the emergency room because the doctors were too busy treating blacks for gunshot wounds I clearly false.

All that is needed to debunk Gene’s false emergency room claim, is for the local media to check with Baptist Memorial to (1) see if Gene was treated for “pain” and how long he waited to be treated, and (2) how many blacks were being treated for gunshots when Gene was awaiting treatment.

In a lame attempt at levity, Gene the Bigot told the Clarion Ledger: “I am definitely not a racist, at all.”

Like most die-in-the-wool racists, when caught with their hand in the “Racist Cookie Jar,” they’ll tell you “I have a friend that’s Black.” That so-called friend is normally the fellow that shines Gene’s shoes at the Memphis International Airport

For Gene to claim he isn’t a racist is akin to arguing that former Georgia Gov. George Wallace was nominated to replace Martin Luther King Jr. as president of the NAACP when he was assassinated in 1968.

Congrats Gene; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Racists”; you are far too humble.
