Attorney Rhadames Batista of Miami; ethical gremlin  

The state of Florida provided Rhadames Concepcion Batista with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Texas Southern University of Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Rhadames guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct and/or knowingly assisted another to do so
• Failed to notify INS that he wasn’t represent a specific client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Rhadames by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Jesus practices with Batista & Batista PA at 7171 Coral Way in Miami, Florida.
